As our Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in the day-to-day management of internal sales operations, allowing the Managing Director to concentrate on larger strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in capturing the myriad opportunities within our local market.
Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets within designated areas of responsibility.
Cultivate and expand existing accounts while actively seeking out new business opportunities through exemplary customer service and effective cross/upselling techniques.
Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales role or industry.
Thorough understanding of the sales process.
