This role could suit remote workers, with flexible working options Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the roleAs Assistant Surveyor-General you will have the opportunity to provide leadership in the development of the cadastral system, including its further digitisation and the related enablement of 3D.
We are looking for a senior technical leader focused on ensuring the overall quality and integrity of the cadastral system.
You will provide technical expertise and trusted advice with a focus on ensuring surveyors comply with the Surveyor-General's regulatory requirements.
Through strong collaboration you will provide technical leadership to Toitū Te Whenua's teams, giving direction and decisions that help them deal with complex issues and provide excellent service.
You will report to the Surveyor-General and be one of 11 survey staff in his team. We are also open to those working from remote locations for the right candidate. You will have a thorough understanding of the cadastral survey system and its records and significant experience of working within the cadastre.
Experience in a regulatory environment will also be helpful. Reduced Health Insurance Premiums
