The role is scheduled to start in mid-October 2024 and will require someone with strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage all aspects of on-site construction activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring timely delivery of the project.
- Ensure all works are completed to the highest quality and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of the fitout.
- Regularly report on progress, issues, and potential risks to the project manager.
- Ensure that Cat-A (shell and core) and Cat-B (tenant-specific) elements are delivered according to design specifications.
- Problem-solving and managing challenges that arise on-site.
- Proven experience in managing Cat-A and Cat-B office fitout projects.
- SMSTS certification is essential.
- First Aid and CSCS certifications are required.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety, and building regulations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the wider project team, including contractors, architects, and clients.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
