Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Manager to support our sales efforts and oversee our quality management system, and maintain testing procedures to ensure excellence in our product offerings.
Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute a sales strategy tailored to the South East UK market.
Demonstrate product performance and suitability for various applications.
Quality Management: Manage and oversee the company's quality management and testing procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Market Compliance: Collaborate with the Operations Manager, suppliers, and appointed technical laboratory to develop and manage a quality information system. Sales Forecasting: Work closely with the Managing Director and other stakeholders to develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets, aligning with company objectives and growth targets.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to refine sales strategies and enhance product positioning.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or laboratory cement and cementitious background or concrete products environment, in the construction or building materials industry.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cementitious products or concrete products, including their properties, applications, and performance characteristics. Experience in laboratory testing and quality management is highly desirable.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a technical environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration
