It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
We are seeking creative, strategic, hands on and experienced Events Manager to lead, manage and execute our own TikTok Shop (creators, merchants/sellers and joint events, partnerships with brands) as well as industry events across both B2B and B2C verticals. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in events management and production within the corporate environment.
Events strategy & calendar:
- across business, 2C and 2B marketing leads and budget, develop strategic approach to events
- Develop 2B and 2C quarterly events calendars (owned and external events)
- Proactively engage with Tik Tok local and regional teams to identify synergies and where/when possible, collaborate on opportunities
- Manage quarterly events budget
Owned events:
- Closely working with other functions/departments and 2C and 2B marketing teams, lead and execute our key events ensuring all merchandising is on brand
External events:
- Based on strategy, identify key external events we should take part in and liaise with organisers to secure placements
Event management and execution:
- Manage end-to-end event execution from creative concept to final production ensuring visual identity is in-line with brand guidelines
- Liaise and manage production/design agencies, any other external parties and internal procurement teams to ensure execution meets high quality standards and is in-line with the requirements of the teams
- Ensure that insurance, legal, health and safety obligations are followed
- Keep event plans under budget and on schedule
Analysis and Reporting:
- Provide post-event recaps
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in managing and executing internal and external events (consumer and industry facing)
- Experience in managing agencies and 3rd party vendors
- Very organized with strong project management skills and result driven, able to perform at a fast pace and rapidly growing business
