The New Art Gallery Walsall is one of the leading visual arts venues in the West Midlands. Situated in the heart of Walsall town centre, the Gallery is a busy and vibrant building with an exciting programme of contemporary art exhibitions and collections displays, lively education and community events, an artist studio, library, café, conference facilities and shop. The Gallery provides a truly unique place for its visitors to experience, learn from, and participate in the visual arts.
To manage the efficient and accountable operation of the NAG Gallery by developing and improving its financial systems, business planning, budget development, resource efficiency, financial monitoring and control. To directly line manage the Front of House Manager/s and the Finance and Resources Assistant and to manage the planning and management of front of house functions at The New Art Gallery to deliver an efficient and effective service to the public. To ensure compliance with the Council's policies, procedures, financial regulations and standing orders.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual, good on detail and an excellent team player to join us for the next exciting stage in the Gallery's development.
