About the role:

Were looking for leaders at Starbucks. Join us for coffee, stay for the community, connections and opportunities.

In this dynamic role, you'll manage tasks like opening and closing the store, handling cash, and ensuring safety and security.

You'll run shifts focused on customers, coach your team, and foster a positive learning environment. You'll work with the management team to achieve results and create exceptional moments through operational excellence.

Essential:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
