Field Supervisor

Classic Carers are seeking Field Supervisors to support clients within their own homes.You will be assisting with all aspects of daily living, in accordance to their needs and wishes whilst promoting dignity and independence. This may include supporting individuals to access the community at times. The role of a field supervisor will be to support a small team of carers, working closely with the care coordinator, whilst delivering an excellent standard of care.

Duties will include
- Personal care - washing, showering-supporting with all aspects of daily living
- welfare checks
- Completing supervisions
- Gathering evidence for audits
- Rotas for those you are supporting
- Care planning and reviews
- Monitoring and recording
- Providing emotional support and companionship

Prior experience from a social care back ground is essential for this role.

- Driving Licence (required)
