Cambridge Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom University of Cambridge Full time

The University of Cambridge collections comprise the University's museums, the Botanic Garden and the University Libraries. This role leads the team delivering cross-collections programmes and initiatives for all audiences. The team also plays a significant part as a regional hub and sector leader for South-East England.
Working closely with the Director of Collections' Strategy, you will report regularly to governance groups. Regionally, you will provide strategic sector support, advocating for the collections, and acting as the key contact point for community partnerships.
You will provide team leadership and management oversight, delivering collaborative, dynamic, and innovative programmes with an emphasis on working in ways that are inclusive and audience-focused. Working with the Director of Collections' Strategy and other partners, you will be expected to be closely involved in preparing and coordinating strategically identified fundraising applications on behalf of the team. You will coordinate the production of related business, audience and other strategic and delivery plans and reporting across the collections' consortium.
