About the role: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to support children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the class teacher to implement individual learning plans.
  • Encourage the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
  • Monitor and record the progress of students, adjusting support strategies as needed.
  • Foster a positive, nurturing relationship with pupils, helping them feel comfortable and confident in the classroom.
