This is the perfect opportunity for an experience Senior Quality professional to join an established successful business operating in the Heads of the Valleys. This position will see you join a market leader in their field within a business who provide excellent long term career development.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of the Quality team, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
To lead operational Quality Engineers and Technicians.
To lead the operational application of concern management, this includes using problem solving techniques such as 8D, 5Y and Ishikawa & providing feedback to customers.
Complete regular Quality reviews with our customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
To provide concern analysis and develop improvement action plans.
To lead, encourage and support continuous improvement projects and activities.
To manage schedules of both destructive & non-destructive testing.
To support with Quality elements of new product introduction.
To identify and manage the training needs for the Quality department.
Experience in using Quality tools and techniques such as, 8D analysis 5Y, Ishikawa.
Experience working with quality management systems and standards.
