Job Summary

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the UK and Ireland.

This role will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Chinese speaking required.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligning with company goals.
  • Brand Management: Build and enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals.
  • Campaign Management & Budget Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & manage the marketing budget.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations/influencers/media.
  • Customer Insights and Analytics : Collect and analyze customer data and market insights to drive marketing decisions and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics markets.
