You will be responsible for processing and managing daily sales and customer service tasks in addition to building strong relationships with customers and vendors through web, email, and telephone sales. The role will be primarily office based and will be handling inbound and outbound sales activity. Please also note that some overseas travel may be required.

This role is not commissioned but instead offers abase salary of between £33,000 and £38,000 based on experience, along with a good benefits package.

new clients by industry, region and job titles via LinkedIn and other web-based platforms to build targeted lists for proactive reach out.
exhibitions, events and networking opportunities.
compelling sales pitches and presentations to new prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition.
the Account Managers in lead and opportunity generation.
a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities and prospects through the sales process.
a point of contact for inbound enquiries (web, email, phone).
the company’s CRM system to support all sales activity.
with the collation of sales and marketing statistics.
an accurate and reliable system of audit, maintenance, and accountancy of all company commercial processes in accordance with ISO9001.

At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and client management with inbound and outbound telesales experience in a fast-paced environment.
An ability to rapidly grasp and implement sales strategies to meet performance targets.
Self-motivation and strong planning, organization and time management skills.
Familiarity with Aviation, Security and Events sectors desirable (training will be provided).
An ability and willingness to travel, sometimes internationally as part of the role.
Previous experience as a member of a cohesive and effective sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM software required, experience of Salesforce, desirable.
