Seeking to recruit an ambitious and talented individual to help the directors lead on the next phase of rapid growth as a company. The Associate Director will take an active role in developing the business and services, managing and prioritising client requirements as well as lead and develop a small but rapidly growing team of digital engineering and sustainability consultants.
The successful applicant will also be able to balance the legislative requirements with the innovative thinking required to meet and beat the net zero carbon challenge in existing buildings. Their conceptual designs are highly likely to be implemented in the assets they support which makes this a unique and exciting opportunity to see projects through from concept to full operation and to play a key role in the drive to achieve real net-zero.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a key role in the development of a fast growing and innovative company that values high-quality outputs and works with blue-chip clients such as Abrdn, Fidelity International and JLL.
They will also be able to push the boundaries of where engineering consultancy ends and sustainability consultancy begins as we enter an exciting and important decade for the sustainable operation and management of portfolios of existing buildings.
