Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuations Senior Surveyor or Associate Director to join our team at Beach Baker. As a key member of our established team, you will contribute to our growing portfolio and provide expert valuation and advisory services for the leisure and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored advice to clients across the leisure and hospitality industry, ensuring alignment with RICS Red Book standards.
  • Conduct valuations for loan security, acquisitions, refinancing, and legal matters, utilizing your expertise in Red Book valuations.
  • Build strong client relationships and grow your network through business development, leveraging your excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present key findings to clients, utilizing your proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Requirements
  • MRICS accreditation with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong experience with Red Book valuations.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Passion for leisure and hospitality properties.
