As a Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a transformation programme within the healthcare sector. You will also be tasked with providing necessary reports to the national PMO and regional executives, engaging with wider groups on compliance matters, and actively managing programme risks.
Ensure projects are adequately resourced by continuous monitoring
Provide necessary reports to the national PMO and regional executives as agreed
Ensure that project status reports are presented to the Steering Committee and District Exec teams as required
Engage with wider group of national District's Programme Managers and other national groups in relation to Holidays Act compliance
Ensure that programme risks are actively managed
Proven experience in Programme Management of large and complex projects
Experience in stakeholder management including dealing with unions
Experience managing finances of large projects worth millions
Experience working with third parties to deliver a project
