Oversee financial reporting and tax compliance services, in order to create a strong base to be seen as a trusted advisor;
Work with senior tax specialists, by providing tax advice for our clients;
Contribute to strategic planning for, and the implementation of, family governance frameworks and structures;
Oversee a team of staff and help them build their skills and career, as well as your own.
Ability to manage clients accounting and tax compliance, alongside advising clients in areas such as: structuring, capital raising, transactions, application of specific NZ legislation, succession planning and more;
Advanced financial reporting, accounting and tax technical knowledge, as well as up-to-date knowledge of market trends and developments;
You have a combination of technical and commercial acumen to effectively advise;
Proven experience delivering strong client focus and building relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally;
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members, as well as developing others;
