An exciting engineering firm in Stowmarket is experiencing an exciting phase of expansion and is currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis
Ideally, they are looking for an accomplished Management Accountant, preferably fully qualified or nearing completion, with a background in Manufacturing. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for: • Overseeing the finance department• Reviewing monthly management accounts and providing essential management information.
• Compiling the annual audit pack and acting as the primary liaison with auditors.
• Managing cash flow, including forecasting and reporting.
• Preparing and submitting Quarterly VAT returns.
• Crafting annual forecasts and conducting ongoing performance evaluations.
• Ensuring timely completion of monthly sales invoicing and subsequent reconciliations.
