We are currently working with a well-established Main Dealership in Reading, who due to expansion are currently looking for an additional Parts Sales Executive to join the team and help support their customers Vehicle Parts needs. 
The ideal Parts Sales Executive will have two years minimum automotive parts experience; preferably from a retail dealership front and back counter environment or a trade parts centre, our client will be happy to consider other parts advisors from other departments of the Automotive industry.
Our client works direct with the manufacturers and trade accounts. Our clients focus is Parts sales towards both Trade and Retail.
Our Client is offering the successful Parts Sales Executive:
~£Monday to Friday 8am- 5.30pm / 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
~ Main Dealership Parts Contact Centre Environment
~ Purpose Built Facilities - Fantastic Working Day To Day Environment

Within this Parts Sales Executive role your typical duties will include: 
Providing technical support to customers to help them identify the correct part for their vehicle or equipment.
Creating and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including orders, inquiries, and complaints.
Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best service possible.
