Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Test + Inspection Supervisor to join our team at [Company Name]. As a Test + Inspection Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical engineering department, ensuring smooth testing and inspection operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise all electrical testing and inspection activities within the organization.
  • Review and improve testing procedures and protocols for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely completion of testing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all testing and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines during testing and inspection procedures.
  • Lead a team of technicians and provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical testing and inspection techniques.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on testing and inspection.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical testing methodologies, tools, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Qualification in electrical engineering or related field.
