As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating on-site construction activities. This role requires a strong trade background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with managers, sub-contractors, and clients. This is a permanent position that offers stability and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established family company.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to managers.

Allocate resources and manage the scheduling of tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.

Collaborate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to project plans.

Communicate effectively with managers, sub-contractors, and clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and practices.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction management.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry is essential.

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card is necessary.

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and their application on construction sites.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Full UK driving licence - the role will cover the county of Gloucestershire predominantly.
