An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a Construction background with Residential experience to join a renowned luxury private housebuilder in a role where you will work on high quality developments within a progressive company.

This award winning housebuilder specialise in traditional new build housing developments from concept through to completion. They have a reputation for quality builds ensuring the highest quality is maintained throughout the design, build and handover process. Although they have major growth plans they are determined to commit to their original focus of building prestigious developments. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Quantity Surveyor who has a residential construction background, who is looking for a diverse Quantity Surveying position within a company working on high quality premium developments.

In this Quantity Surveyor role you will work in Poole in the experienced Commercial department. In this role you will oversee the cost control of residential development, conducting Bill of quantities, take offs and monthly valuations through to final accounts. The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveying experience, working on residential projects, who is looking to join a residential housebuilder with a strong growth plan and progression opportunities.

Assisting land and planning teams with feasibility studies
