Job Title: Senior Supplier Quality Engineer

10 PAYE Only

WFH/Hybrid/WFO: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in office)

Shift Patterns: Mon to Fri 7am - 3pm (Flexible)

Are you an experienced Senior Supplier Quality Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in Crewe? Adecco working in partnership with Bentley Motors, a global automotive company, is seeking a talented individual to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of top-quality parts from suppliers, driving quality improvements, and supporting complex Supplier Quality issues.

Deliver Parts Quality planning tools in line with project targets, including lessons learned, risk assessments, and reporting of QTR activities.
Achieve Quality targets on pre-series and series vehicles, driving actions and identifying risks.
Drive supplier improvement initiatives, monitor supplier performance measures, and support the supplier nomination process.
Deputise for the Supplier Quality Manager when required, providing support in key deliverables and operational activities.

Significant experience and knowledge of Engineering across multiple commodities or as a specialist in one commodity.
Automotive supplier quality management experience, either at a supplier or OEM, deemed an expert.
Knowledge of quality techniques and tools such as statistical process control, process capability, and APQP.
Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or HNC/HND with extensive relevant experience.
