Demonstrable experience of designing SAP Order to Cash solutions for a global S/4HANA Programme

Has delivered a complex S/4 OTC programme for multi country/sites and companies

Worked with Global Process Owners and senior business stakeholders to deliver end to end SAP centric OTC and Sales Distribution solutions

Has helped input on successful consulting proposals for S/4HANA programmes

Able to identify and recruit other A-Players.

The role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior SAP OTC Consultant to join our team and lead the way in optimising our clients' sales and fulfilment processes. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and ECC Sales & Distribution (SD) and related modules to guide clients through successful implementations, integrations, and ongoing system support. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to identify pain points, design solutions, and ensure maximum value is extracted from their SAP investment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) engagements to help define technology roadmaps encompassing sales order processing, deliveries, billing, and credit management

Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and ensure client needs are met

Configure and customise SAP SD modules, including customer master data, pricing conditions, credit control settings, and order fulfilment workflows

Develop and implement data migration strategies for seamless system transitions

Integrate SAP SD modules with other relevant SAP functionalities (FI, MM, PP) and external systems (CRM, WMS)

Manage user roles and security permissions within the SAP system

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on new or optimised OTC processes

Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending enhancements

Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP OTC functionalities and industry best practices

Participate in knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.
