The role
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimising our clients' procurement processes. As a senior consultant, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC PTP modules to lead clients through successful designing, implementing, integrations and supporting solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to identify pain points, design solutions, and ensure maximum value is extracted from their SAP investment.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP PTP (Procurement, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Invoice Management) engagements to help define technology roadmaps
Deep dive into client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the PTP cycle
Configure and customise SAP PTP modules, including master data setup, purchasing strategies, pricing conditions, and workflow automation
Develop and implement effective data migration strategies to ensure smooth system transitions
Integrate PTP modules with other relevant SAP functionalities (FI, MM, SD, PP) and external systems
Configure and manage user roles and security permissions within the SAP system
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users on new or optimised PTP processes
Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending enhancements
Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP PTP functionalities and best practices
Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.
