As an Migrations Manager (Europe) - Vice President in Payments you will be responsible for the planning, management, and execution of all system and channel migrations that directly impact our clients in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. You will be expected to understand the detailed needs of all migrations impacting the region and manage them to successful completion within agreed time, cost & quality parameters.
Works closely with Regional Technical Implementation Managers to support Digital Product implementations as appropriate
Leads local/regional migration meetings and forums, including Steering Committees and Working Groups to ensure product and technical migrations are understood in accordance with the direction and demands of the business
Participates and supports the wider management team initiatives
Acquires expert knowledge of the firm's various treasury services payment processing environments (including back offices and reporting engines) and applies that knowledge to all regional migrations
Remains up-to-date with the launch of new digital products
Project Management skills required
Cash management and treasury services experience required
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a high pressure, competing-priority work environment
Knowledge of the firm's various treasury services payment processing environments (including back offices and reporting engines) a benefit
Knowledge or experience of Digital channels preferred
