As the Head of Sales Operations, you will be pivotal in leading and managing sales and customer communications teams. Leveraging your expertise in sales strategy, leadership, and operational efficiency, ensuring the sales teams remain focused on delivering exceptional customer service and consistently surpassing sales targets in a fast growing business. Your leadership should foster a culture of excellence and accountability, empowering sales teams to thrive in a dynamic and competitive market landscape.
Lead and manage sales and customer-facing teams, nurturing excellence and accountability.
# Develop, own and establish retail sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
# Manage and report on sales performance, strategy, targets and KPIs.
# Provide hands-on leadership in sales activities and conduct target briefings and training.
# Oversee all sales and retail operations.
# Accountable for the performance and development of the full sales team.
# Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and collaborate on long-term sales strategies with senior management.
# Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
# Work closely with all heads of departments to ensure pre-sales, sales, and comms are functioning cohesively.

Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
# Extensive experience in sales management, particularly in Luxury Jewellery or similar sectors.
# Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
# Extremely analytical, has data-driven approach to make informed decisions to support.
# Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
# Experience in managing complex operations and scaling teams within a growing business.
# Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
# This is a Monday - Friday role but must be open to some visibility over weekends.

Excellent bonus structure, paid.
