The Company:

Our client, one of the largest manufacturers of cosmetic products and are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager u00a0to join their busy team, overseeing product launches and creation. You will join an exceptionally ambitious team, at an exciting time

The Role

  • Representing the brand in new product development across the business, integrating the brand with channel marketing activity and managing 360o marketing campaigns, including brand experience, visual identity development
  • Working with the Marketing team and design team, you will be creating new products on a weekly basis with the New Product Development teams.
  • You will be overseeing dynamic copy creation ensuring all branding /tone aligns with across all products .
  • You will ensure each product tells its brand story, builds its profile, and becomes relevant to broader audiences.
  • One direct report which is a Digital Content Creator.
  • Clear communicator and ability to create content/plans to launch each product.
  • You will be working as part of a friendly team, in a dynamic and fast paced business

  • Identify and maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, ensuring that messaging and visuals align with the brand's core values and positioning.
  • Be the gatekeeper for consistent tone of voice and structure across all products for each Brand.
  • Create and manage all copy for both primary and secondary packaging across our product portfolio, working closely with the NPD, Technical and Design teams.
  • Proofread, edit copy and approve product artwork to ensure it is consistent with the brandu2019s tone of voice and identity.
  • Develop and embed brand guidelines for internal and external activity.
  • Continue to bring the brands and products to life both internally and externally to maximise ROI, generating new innovative ideas to appeal to our target audiences and influencing customers and consumers through clear and articulate communication.
  • Manage the development and delivery of fully integrated marketing campaigns - including social, digital and PR.
  • Confidently manage third party relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external teams such as agencies and retailers.
  • Work collaboratively with our in-house design team with compiling copy for all the marketing materials to support product launches, customer activity and sales support.
Skills Required:

  • Degree in marketing with a minimum of 3 yearsu2019 experience in a marketing/brand position.
  • Experience of managing brands and marketing campaigns, preferably within the Beauty & Personal Care Industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail, combined with first-class organisation, project and time management skills.
  • Highly organised with focus on execution and able to juggle multiple deadlines with the ability to prioritise and adapt.
  • Proven experience in curating copy for all product packaging across beauty, hair and personal care products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to write and formulate great copy for B2B and B2C mediums.
  • Detailed oriented and methodical at cross-checking work and spotting anomalies.
  • Experience of working with different stakeholders, including creative, media and PR agencies.
  • Experience working on multi-channel campaigns with ambitious deadlines.
  • Creative, self-starter who is truly a team player.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude is a must
  • Highly organised individual with proven experience of brand management who enjoys thinking creatively, proactively, and collaboratively across the organisation
  • Attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator and ability to create content/plans to launch each product.
