We are working for a very supportive and inclusive marketing agency in East Yorkshire who are looking for a Digital Account Director. What's not to love As a Digital Account Director you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic campaign plans to grow client marketing spending.
  • Lead Account Managers and take responsibility for ensuring great performance in line with client objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress, performance, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration with external vendors, influencers, or media suppliers to maintain and amplify campaign reach. Manage these partnerships and collaborations, ensuring they are integrated into company processes.
  • Conduct account reviews and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, or additional services.
  • Be a contact with the client account manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Cross-collaboration with team members to participate in tenders when required.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Keep updated with changes in the media landscape, adopting new tactics to improve client performance and meet client goals.
The successful Digital Account Director will need to have:
  • Solid experience managing paid media campaigns across Google and social media platforms.
  • Some people management experience and interested in providing collaborative and supportive leadership
  • Experience using a suite of core paid media performance and analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Experience working in an agency environment is essential.
  • Experience in budget handling and media spend allocation.
  • Track record of dealing with clients or suppliers, ensuring effective relationship-building
