Job Description

  • Managing the invoice process effectively and accurately
  • Ensuring all billing information is maintained and updated
  • Working collaboratively within the finance team
  • Contributing to the development of billing processes and systems
  • Resolving any billing queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Reporting on billing activities and findings
  • Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
  • Adhering to company policies and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Billings Coordinator should have:

  • Proven experience working within the Law sector
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A solutions-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
