Our Pensions Administration business continues to grow and we are now looking for a Member Experience Manager to join our vibrant office with hybrid/ working. Our award-winning pensions administration business puts scheme members at the heart of everything we do. Ensure provision of high-quality pension administration and consultancy services
Oversee day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients
Provide expert advice solutions to pensions queries
Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing
Significant experience dealing with DB schemes within the pensions industry
Expert knowledge on pension administration activities and legislation
Previous supervisory, leadership and management experience
Project management experience
Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word (or similar)
A completed or progression within a relevant pension's qualification (applicant's deemed qualified by experience will also be considered)
