We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our new business team, playing a pivotal role in transforming the way companies engage with their employees.

As an Account Executive at WorkBuzz, your mission is to be at the forefront of prospecting and signing new companies. You'll lead the entire sales cycle, from initiating conversations to closing deals, with a strategic focus on key verticals in the deskless/frontline worker space. With strong support from our marketing and sales development teams, you'll drive growth and contribute to our mission of reshaping workplace culture.

Prospecting and Relationship Building:
Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and build lasting relationships within your core verticals.
Sales Cycle Management:
~ Manage the entire sales cycle, demonstrating expertise in value-based selling and strategic deal management.

Brand Visibility:
~ Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish WorkBuzz as a leader in HR tech.


We're seeking a candidate with the following qualities and skills:
Experience: 5+ years of strong sales performance, delivering high-value SaaS solutions in large enterprises, preferably within the HRTech space.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record in handling sophisticated sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in HRTech and familiarity with selling into both private and public sectors to win deals.
Methodologies: Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.

As a Senior Account Executive, your daily activities will include:

Qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up from both marketing and the dedicated sales development team.
Prospect target accounts in your assigned verticals to generate interest and build a sustainable pipeline.
Relationship Building: Research accounts, identify key players, and build relationships in your sector.
