Abbott Lyon is seeking a talented and driven Commercial Data Analyst to join our team. The Commercial Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving business growth and optimising performance through data-driven insights. This role offers an exciting opportunity to set up the Data function within a fast growing, high potential business with scope to build a team in the future.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilise various analytical tools and techniques to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources, including Shopify Analytics, Klaviyo, and GA4.
Develop insightful reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, including performance drivers, customer behaviour, and market trends.
Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data to inform business strategies and drive commercial success.

Marketing Data Analysis and Insights:

Utilising internal data to identify customer cohorts, track behaviour and model predicted lifetime value to maximise quality of customer acquisition.
Forecasting and Demand Planning:

Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to forecast product demand.
Utilise historical data and statistical models to predict future sales trends and demand patterns.
Work closely with Trade, Digital, Finance, Website and Product teams to understand business objectives and priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, develop KPIs, and track performance against goals.
Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a D2C environment.
Experience working within a business driven by digital marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business impact through data-driven decision-making.

Rewarding base salary + 10% bonus package
