Snowdonia National Park Authority protects the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 miles of diverse landscape, the Park is home to over 26,000 people, the highest mountain in Wales and the largest natural lake in Wales.
We are now looking for a Receptionist to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis, working 22 hours per week from Wednesday to Friday.

- As a Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for visitors to our National Park Office.
As the friendly face of our offices, youll greet visitors, answer enquiries and promptly respond to phone calls and emails.
Youll undertake a range of admin and finance duties, process payments in person and over the phone, handle small cash payments, send receipts and invoices and log cheques.
Maintain stock of office supplies
- Experience of administrative work in a busy office environment
- At a minimum, an NVQ Level 3 in business administration or equivalent
Other organisations may call this role Office Manager, Administrator, Admin Assistant, Secretary, Office Administrator, Administrative Officer, or Reception Co-ordinator.
