Job Title: Registered General Nurse/ Registered Mental Health Nurse (Adhoc Basis)

We are currently seeking Registered General Nurses (RGNs) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) to join our team on an adhoc basis in Frimley. As a RGN/ RMN working on an adhoc basis at our facility in Frimley, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to patients across various clinical settings. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Provide skilled nursing care to patients with diverse medical needs, including acute and chronic conditions, injuries, and post-operative recovery.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and health history reviews, to identify and address health concerns.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment, interventions, and changes in condition, and adjust care plans accordingly.
Document patient assessments, care interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date medical records.
Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, self-care strategies, and community resources to promote wellness and recovery.
Adhere to infection control protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Participate in ongoing professional development activities, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance nursing knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Valid registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Previous experience working as an RGN in a hospital, clinic, or community healthcare setting.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
