Healthcare Talent are recruiting for Registered Nurses (RMN/RGN) to work for our client with hospitals and services based in and around Surrey.As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN) you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and providing a warm and welcoming environment. You will also be working within a transdisciplinary team that includes a range of professionals.Responsibilities for this role will include: * Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. * Providing healthcare advice through educating patients, carers and families * Monitoring and reviewing individualised patient plans, within an evidence based framework. * Utilising clinical expertise to provide skilled nursing interventions. * Carrying out clinical nursing procedures * Managing medication as per hospital policy.As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN) you must: * Provide a current NMC Nursing pin - either RGN or RMN * Have at least 6 months UK experience * Previous experience working within a clinical setting * Strong clinical skills and knowledge in acute or general care settings * Ability to work effectively within a team and independently * Be self-motivated * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesIf you feel you have all the skills and credentials outlined for the Registered Nurse (RMN/RGN) positions, please apply and a member of the Healthcare Talent team will be in touch
