HVAC Supervisor

Role: HVAC Supervisor Location: Lancashire Salary: £51,583 I am currently recruiting on behalf of a national facilities management company for a HVAC supervisor to cover a major British multinational retailer across the Lancashire area. Schedule and assign work orders to HVAC technicians based on priority and workload. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, troubleshooting complex HVAC issues as needed. Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to assess performance and identify maintenance needs. Coordinate with other departments to schedule HVAC maintenance and repairs with minimal disruption to operations. Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition. Monitor inventory levels of HVAC parts and supplies and coordinate procurement as needed. Train new HVAC technicians on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for optimizing HVAC system performance and energy efficiency.
