Are you a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Supervisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? Look no further Join our ISS team on the prestigious Scottish Power account, where you'll play a key role in providing technical and project supervision to our valued client.

As our Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing projects, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and reactive tasks across multiple sites, using both sub-contractors and ISS engineers. With your exceptional technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical services and building fabric, you'll ensure the efficient operation of the Scottish Power estate.

This is a dynamic and challenging role, which requires you to be a key client-facing representative of ISS. You'll need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with our client and other stakeholders.

In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to use your exceptional project management skills to oversee multiple projects and additional works, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standards. Your strong technical knowledge will be essential in identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving innovation across our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**_**_
- To ensure effective supervision of projects, additional works, PPM and reactive tasks in accordance with ISS Policies and Procedures
- Ensure the efficient and cost-effective installation, refurbishment, maintenance and repair of the Scottish Power accounts M&E, Plant, Equipment, Building Fabric and Services in accordance with ISS contractual obligations and project scope
- Compilation of O&M documentation and the updating of asset registers
- Manage the planning and delivery of ISS sub-contractors
- Collation of quotes for remedial works and small works and presenting to the client for approval
- Managing approved small works to completion, on time and within budget
- Providing commercial awareness for all operations to meet and exceed ISS financial targets
- Maximising self-delivery using ISS staff
- Prioritise and delegate reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to the area team ensuring optimum levels of service delivery are being achieved

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**_**_
- Educated to a minimum of City and Guilds or equivalent in an electrical discipline
- Completion of a recognised technical training scheme, apprenticeships (or equivalent programme) in Electrical Engineering
- 18th Edition IEE Regs
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Educated to a minimum of City and Guilds or equivalent in an electrical discipline
- Experience of managing contractors and supervising small works
- Project supervision experience
- Excellent knowledge of the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical services, plant and equipment
- Knowledge of current technical standards in relation to generators, UPS, complex electrical systems, electrical services, HVAC and water systems
- Good IT skills (including Excel) & working knowledge of asset management / CAFM Systems
