Executive Head of Portfolio and Business Development

We are looking for an Executive Head of Portfolio and Business Development to lead on commercial income generation from portfolio development, marketing and sales. Responsibilities will include leading on strategic portfolio development by working with the policy and commercial teams to identify new product opportunities as well as leading the marketing function to inform and develop business opportunities and guiding the sales team to maximize profitable revenue from new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for overseeing the transition to digital first and support international growth in line with RoSPA’s business plan whilst monitoring the activities of competitors and deploy counter-measures as appropriate.
Able to negotiate, create and review client and legal contractual agreements/frameworks?
# Experience of Microsoft Dynamics
# A Health and Safety and/or Fleet background
# Commercial income generation experience
# Good people and project management skills
