If you enjoy improving business to help customers and your teammates; Spectralink is seeking a marketing expert to foster the EMEA region's go-to-market presence and program to target our end-users as well as our partner community. This individual will manage a variety of corporate marketing initiatives including the ongoing management of the EMEA segment of Spectralink.com and the internal partner portal, as well as targeted campaigns, events, digital marketing, social media and PR. The Marketing Manager will also have a marketing executive as a direct report.
From an events standpoint, this individual will create our event process and physical presence and also lead the execution, promotion and measurement of all EMEA events. The position is located in our Bracknell office, Berkshire, England and will require occasional travel throughout Europe and to our North America office in Boulder, Colorado.
Direct EMEA company branding to ensure consistency throughout all outbound collateral, website, etc. Develop, manage and execute all EMEA events
Develop a program and process for virtual events and manage their execution
Work closely with Channel Marketing to facilitate programs through partners
Promote events through web, social or email pre- and post-event
Manage all PR efforts including writing press releases and managing a local PR firm. Write copy for company newsletters, social media, websites and other digital media outlets
Review internal and external communications for consistency in brand and voice
Schedule and deploy marketing messages based on communications calendar and targeted lists
Provide input and assistance in maintaining our website and EMEA partner access site
Manage reports on digital response rates and user engagement
Manage database lists for vertical and technology markets
Assist with partner content development - repurposed existing content for the partner audience
BA/BS in Marketing/Business/Communications
Experience of using CRM (Salesforce.Must be proficient at MS Office
Experience in Pardot (or other marketing automation tool), Adobe and WordPress preferred
Excellent program, time and project management skills to ensure the success of multiple, concurrent projects
