Job Description:

Title: Scaffolding Estimator

Location: London

Type: Permanent

ESD are currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Estimator to join our clients team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for scaffolding projects across various industries.

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing project specifications and preparing detailed estimates

- Liaising with clients and suppliers to obtain necessary information

- Conducting site visits to assess project requirements

- Preparing project schedules and material lists

- Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in scaffolding estimating

- Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
