About the Team:

Our Data Architecture team is instrumental in architecting and designing the data landscape that underpins our innovative fintech solutions. We are dedicated to building scalable, resilient, and future-proof data architectures that empower our organization to extract maximum value from data assets. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, we leverage the latest technologies and methodologies to architect data solutions that drive strategic business outcomes.

JOB Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in data architecture design and implementation, preferably in a FinTech or financial services environment
  • Proven track record of leading complex data architecture initiatives from conception to implementation
  • Expertise in data modeling, database design, and optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data architecture solutions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Added Bonus if You Have:

  • Experience with modern data architecture patterns such as Data Mesh or Event-Driven Architecture
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies in data management, such as graph databases or data fabric
  • Background in machine learning and AI, with an understanding of how data architecture supports these initiatives
  • Previous experience working in a regulated industry with strict compliance requirements

JOB Responsibilities:

As the Chief Data Architect, you will lead our data architecture strategy, driving innovation and excellence in data management practices. You will oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures that support our strategic business objectives. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will define and evangelize best practices for data architecture and governance. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our data landscape, enabling us to unlock the full potential of our data assets and drive continued success in the rapidly evolving fintech industry.
