Hours: Full Time 
To provide a leading Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service to clients with the aim of early return to work. This involves a positive bio-psychosocial approach combining functional assessment with evidence-based treatment which is underpinned with excellent clinical care. The role will include remote triage calls/self-management calls, DSE assessments, workplace assessments, manager referrals and dealing with functional restoration.
Although this role involves home-based working, the post holder must be flexible to cover clients' sites within two hours of their home and therefore must hold a driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
Provide accurate, detailed, and appropriate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to employees on a remote or face-to-face basis.
Always maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality in line with occupational health guidance.
Deliver effective evidence-based rehabilitation that adheres to national clinical standards.
