At United Living, we have one of the largest specialist in-house teams for project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.

Thanks to continued growth, we are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and direct our teams of Administrators and Document Controllers. This mature contract has organically grown over the past 11 years and the requirement has now arisen for a process-minded people manager to lead the team in to the coming years.

The role will be primarily based at our local hub in Wolverhampton with occasional travel to our site locations - all of which are inside the city boundary of Wolverhampton.

Manage admin team, resourcing, performance, training & development.
Maintain, develop and update the Contract Delivery Platform (currently BIM)
Provide support to local Project Managers and Operational Manager
Health, Safety and Environment - Ensure compliance to standards and regulations
Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to administrative functions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Develop operational processes and procedures to add value to and comply with ISO Quality Standards and construction regulations
Records Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive :

Knowledge of relevant regulations, and best practices related to Construction Operations such as compliance, CDM, PAS2035 and similar.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving business needs.
Min GCSE 4 in English and Maths and administrative or technical certifications are desirable.
