  4. Oversee and maintain the maintenance of Inflexion’s offices, undertake regular inspections, and assist the Operations Partner with any refurbishments and relocations.
  5. Oversee the ordering of stock for the London offices – stationery, perishables (fruit, milk, tea/coffee), crockery etc. and ensure stock levels are maintained effectively.
  6. Provide cover for the front of house teams as required, and ensure that the offices are all in excellent working order.
  7. Scheduling, maintenance, and adjustments of the aircon systems.
  8. Management of fire evacuation plans and training of fire marshals.
  9. Work alongside Operations Partner to ensure the office meets energy efficiency standards and champion green initiatives in the workplace.
  10. Maintain the operations, reception and meeting room equipment manual and annual facilities budget.
  11. Maintain and manage desk plans, moves, and booking processes through Condeco.
  12. Management of security software system, Net2.
  13. Admin of Inflexion’s Amazon account and approvals.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in facilities/office management within professional services.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Understanding of high-quality stakeholder engagement and customer service practices.
  • Experience of promoting HSE workplace behaviours.
  • Knowledge of managing third party contracts and building management and facilities management providers.
