Operations Development Executive

Managing and educating SEMH children, there needs to be effective running of the operations as without appropriate systems, there are no boundaries.
As the Head of Operations, a newly created role, you’re first point of call will be to band together all administration staff. From recruitment to performance management, you will ensure your team is working successfully.
From premises management to health & safety compliance, you will oversee all operational aspects of the Trust. Your attention to detail and strategic approach will ensure the facilities provide an optimal learning environment for the students.
Working to streamline processes and proactively address inefficiencies across the 3 sites, in a Term-Time plus considered contract and receiving Local Government Pension.
