You will also support and develop enhanced liaison between the central finance team and other departments, ensuring accurate, timely, relevant and reliable information allowing delivery of a customer service focus. Manage compliance with all indirect and direct tax matters across the organisation
Lead, line manage and provide day-to-day support to the tax analysts
Lead strategic improvement to the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes and controls to support the tax operations
Build and manage relationships within the organisation as required to ensure that all taxes are considered where projects are being undertaken
Ensure that the organisation has a sound tax strategy which it follows at all times
Significant post-qualification tax experience at a senior level within a large, complex environment
A strong track record of leadership and delivery at a senior financial level
