The Amazon Prime Video team at Rufus work in a dynamic, fast paced environment where innovating on behalf of consumers is at the heart of everything we do. As a Manager in the team, you will work alongside the Associate Director, and the rest of the team in developing media planning solutions for exciting brand led show, movie and sports campaigns. You will also have an active involvement in all implementation and reporting.
The role requires planning across all channels in conjunction with specialists - TV, OOH, Print, Radio and Digital. If you love sport, film or TV and want to work on a high growth brand that prides its self on customer experience and content excellence - this is the role for you


Planning
• Able to take a simple brief independently and develop a response which incorporates clear targeting and strategic channel planning based on insights, research and data. Develop strong relationships with media owners, creative agencies, and ad-servers to ensure best in class delivery, as well as solutions, across platform.
• Ensuring high quality Post Campaign Reports are delivered to the client in a timely fashion.
• Oversee digital campaign set up and trafficking requirements.
• Have a passion for test and learn within digital media, with proven experience working across performance as well as big brand campaigns
Coaching and developing the Executives and assistants within team
• Experience in integrated planning role in media, publisher / vendor, or communications discipline (digital, content)
• Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• Experience/involvement in new business planning and strong presentations skills
• Experience across entertainment / retail accounts preferred but not essential
