Key Account Manager (Hybrid) – Electronics Manufacturing| Hook, Hampshire Are you an experienced Account Manager with a passion for the electronics industry? We’re looking for a talented individual to join our client, a leading electronics manufacturing business, as a Key Account Manager. This hybrid role offers the chance to work both from home and at our site in Hook. What You’ll Do as the Key Account Manager:
- Manage key accounts in the electronics manufacturing space, ensuring strong, lasting relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert support and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and deliver high-quality products and services.
- Monitor account performance, ensuring clients’ ongoing satisfaction and resolving issues as they arise.
- Utilize your industry knowledge to offer insights and improvements, enhancing client value.
- No cold calling—this is a relationship-focused role.
- Proven experience in account management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- A solid understanding of the electronics industry—this is crucial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A competitive salary of £40,000.
