As part of Program Elevate, our HR Digital Transformation through SAP SuccessFactors, the Product Delivery Leader will drive the successful delivery of a global HCM system, supporting the organisation’s digital transformation agenda and aligning with the strategic framework established during the SAP S4/Hana ERP implementation.
Scope:
The Product Delivery Leader is responsible for leading the delivery and optimisation of Program Elevate, ensuring it meets business objectives, regulatory requirements, and user needs. As part of the overall delivery of Program Elevate, this role will take responsibility for HR SME’s, Business Analysts, Technology Partners, and Senior Stakeholders to deliver a solution that enables business efficiency, compliance, and an elevated employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Effective stakeholder engagement: Manage and develop the group of HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure effective input into system design, configuration, and deployment.
Testing Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and sign-off of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business requirements are met and quality standards maintained.
Data Migration: Lead the data migration process, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Business Analysis: Manage the Business Analyst function, interpreting data analysis to inform decisions, requirements, and solution design.
Integration Management: Oversee all integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems (including SAP S4/Hana) and all other in-market solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
Digital Transformation: Champion the digital transformation agenda, ensuring the HRIS supports the strategic framework, process optimisation, and future scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between the wider HR team, IT, business operations, and executive teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design through to deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.
Continuous Improvement: Establish key metrics to monitor system performance and user experience, driving data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all project documentation, requirements, and processes are maintained to the highest standards and meet regulatory requirements.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
Proven leadership and team development skills, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Strong project management skills, including Agile methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data and business analysis to inform decisions.
High level of cultural awareness and experience working in multi-national environments.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) and ideally SAP S4/Hana experience
Experience or certification in psychometrics is also advantageous.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience managing an end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, including multiple full lifecycle roll out.
Proven track record in leading business transformation programmes in a global context, managing implementations in different international markets
Experience with HCM implementations in a federated business, or a business which operates in a federated way.
Experience working closely with SI’s to manage a successful SuccessFactors roll out
Experience managing cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and system integrations.
Experience in managing UAT and data migration for large-scale HRIS projects.
Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana and its integration with HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
